We plan, place, and restore your implant in one clinic. This removes the gaps that can happen when separate practices share your care. Keeping every stage in-house means:
- Your surgeon and restorative dentist follow the same plan.

2. 3D-Guided Surgery
We plan every implant in 3D before surgery. High-resolution CBCT scans and digital mouth scans build a clear model of your jaw. With this model, we can:
- Map your bone, tooth roots, and sinus spaces.
- Make a custom surgical guide on-site.
- Place the implant within a fraction of a millimetre of the plan.

Dr Elsa Zhu
Restorative & Prosthetic Dentist
Dr Elsa Zhu graduated from the University of Queensland. Her postgraduate study focused on digital prosthodontics and bite rehabilitation. She handles much of the pre-surgery preparation, making sure nearby teeth are free of decay and infection before an implant is placed.
Elsa designs and fits custom zirconia crowns and multi-unit implant bridges. She works closely with our on-site lab to match each restoration for colour, shape, and bite. The aim is a result that looks natural and feels comfortable when you chew.
Dr Kieren Tso
Dentist (Honours)
Dr Kieren Tso graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland. He runs the diagnostic and screening stages of our implant care. He uses digital scanning and intraoral cameras to record your starting bite and to track early healing as the implant settles in.
Kieren is trained in whole-body health checks. He reviews conditions such as diabetes, blood pressure, and bone-related medicines to confirm you are ready to heal well. He coordinates each step of the screening process.
Mr Dennis Han
Oral Health Therapist & Periodontal Coordinator
Dennis Han graduated from the University of Queensland and leads our periodontal care. Implants need thorough cleaning to stop plaque building up around the metal collar, which can cause bone loss over time.
Dennis builds a tailored maintenance plan for every patient. He cleans implant parts with special carbon-fibre instruments that will not scratch the polished titanium surface, helping keep the surrounding tissue healthy.

Sterilization & Infection Control (AS/NZS 4815)
Patient safety comes first. Our sterilisation department follows the joint Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4815. Every instrument is tracked and checked through digital autoclave records, so each implant procedure uses sterile tools.
TGA-Approved Clinical Materials
We use only TGA-approved (Therapeutic Goods Administration) implant systems and parts. Our standard system is MIS and our premium option is Astra Tech — both backed by decades of clinical study. We keep full traceability records for every implant placed.

Our team are dental surgeons registered in Australia, each with extensive postgraduate training. Dr Virginia Han holds a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Queensland (UQ) and has completed advanced surgical programs in Australia and overseas. Our clinicians belong to leading bodies such as the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Who performs the surgical and restorative phases of my implant treatment?
We manage both stages in one coordinated plan. Our surgical leads, Dr Virginia Han or Dr Sae Mi Bok, place the titanium implant and focus on bone stability and accurate position. Our restorative dentist, Dr Elsa Zhu, then designs and fits the custom zirconia crown, working with our in-house lab to get the bite and appearance right.
What is the difference between a general dentist and an experienced implant clinician?
A general dentist focuses on prevention, fillings, and basic restorations. Implant dentistry needs extra training in oral surgery, bone grafting, sinus anatomy, and digital planning. An experienced implant clinician spends their postgraduate training and daily work on implant surgery, managing bone problems, and complex restorations.
How does having an on-site digital laboratory benefit my treatment?
Our on-site lab lets our clinicians work side by side with the technicians. Instead of sending models or scans to an outside lab, they review files together, design custom abutments, and match colour and shade by hand. This close teamwork helps crowns fit more predictably and cuts down on repeat appointments.
