Dr Virginia Han leads the implant team at Brisbane Dental Implants in Bulimba. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Queensland.
Her clinical work includes implant assessment, digital surgical planning and implant placement. She designs surgical guides in-house and works with the restorative team to plan the position of the implant in relation to the proposed crown or bridge.
Her clinical interests include bone grafting and full-arch implant treatment. The examination and treatment plan establish which procedures are suitable for each patient.

She provides the surgical stage of implant care alongside Dr Sae Mi Bok. Dr Elsa Zhu is involved in restorative planning and the crowns or bridges that attach to implants.

The treatment pathway explains assessment, preparation, surgery, healing and restoration. Your written plan sets out the proposed procedures, alternatives, risks and fees.
Digital planning and surgical guides are planning tools. Suitability, healing and the final result depend on the individual case. Ongoing reviews and maintenance remain part of implant care.
