Dennis assesses and records gum health during maintenance appointments and provides professional cleaning. Findings are shared with the treating dentist where further assessment or treatment is needed.
Supportive care continues after the crown or bridge is fitted. The maintenance plan takes account of the restoration and the patient’s cleaning needs.
Support for daily cleaning
Dennis explains cleaning around implants and restorations, including how to use suitable interdental brushes and other cleaning aids. Home care is discussed alongside professional maintenance.
Read about periodontal care and problems around implants. Surgical treatment is assessed and provided by the dentists responsible for that stage of care.
